Delete your Skillora account or data

Skillora is made by Studio 13 Developers, Uganda. You can delete your whole account, or only some of your data, yourself.

Delete your account

1. Website: sign in, open Settings, choose Delete account, enter your password and type DELETE.
2. App: open Me, tap Delete my account and enter your password.

Deleted: your name, email, phone number, photos, provider profile, work photos, verification documents, saved places, notifications and sign-in sessions. Open jobs are cancelled.

Kept: records the other person needs (past jobs, quotations, chat messages and reviews) stay, shown as "Deleted user". Database backups are kept for up to 14 days.

Delete some of your data and keep your account

• Saved places: Settings → Saved places → Remove.
• Work photos: My provider profile → Work photos → Delete (website or app).
• Verification documents: My provider profile → Documents and badges → Withdraw (the file is deleted).
• Profile photo, phone number or email: change or remove them in Settings (app: Me → your name).
• Anything else (for example a message, review or reference you wrote): email us and we delete it within 30 days.

Cannot sign in? Email skillora@studio13developers.com from the address on your account (or tell us your phone number) and we will delete your account or the data you name.
