Delete your CampusCrush account

You can delete your CampusCrush account (the website and the Android app by Studio 13 Developers) at any time, with or without the app.

In the app or on the website

  1. Sign in to CampusCrush.
  2. Tap your picture in the top corner, then Privacy settings, then the Account & data tab.
  3. Under Delete account, type DELETE (and your password if you use one) and tap Delete my account.

Without signing in

Enter the email address on your account. We will email you a link; open it within 24 hours and confirm.

If your account uses a phone number instead of an email address, or it is suspended, write to campuscrush@studio13developers.com from the contact on your account. We reply within 7 days.

What happens

  • At once: your profile is hidden from everyone, you are signed out everywhere, and your matches and chats are closed.
  • After 30 days: we erase your name, email, phone, date of birth, photos, profile text, interests, messages you sent and any verification documents and details. Any student certificate is revoked. Sign in before then if you change your mind.
  • What we keep: security audit records with numeric IDs only (up to 7 years) and reports and moderation decisions needed to keep other members safe, without your contact details. Certificate check records are kept for 12 months.

Only want a break? Deactivate instead in the same settings screen: your profile is hidden until you sign in again.
