About CampusCrush

CampusCrush is an inter-campus dating and connection platform for adults studying at universities, colleges and other tertiary institutions, starting in Uganda and growing across Africa.

Why we built it

Campus life is full of people you would get on with, but most of them study somewhere else. CampusCrush makes it easy, and safe, to meet students beyond your own campus: for a relationship, for friendship, or for a study partner.

What makes it different

• Cross-campus discovery. See compatible students from other institutions, not just your own lecture hall.
• Real student verification. The verified badge is earned through a review of your enrolment evidence, never handed out at sign-up.
• Explainable matching. We tell you why someone is suggested (shared interests, compatible intentions), and we never use identity documents or sensitive data to match people.
• Blind dates. Chat under pseudo-names first; reveal only if you both want to.
• Safety and privacy by default. Blocking, reporting, appeals and privacy controls are free for everyone, always.

Who runs it

CampusCrush is operated by Studio 13 Developers, Uganda. It is independent: it is not run by, endorsed by or affiliated with any university or college unless that partnership is stated clearly on the institution's entry and documented.
