Delete your eShop account

For the eShop website and the eShop app for Android, by Studio 13 Developers

What happens

• Your account is closed at once: you are signed out and can no longer sign in.
• Within 30 days we erase your name, email address, phone number, password and eShop QR code. You stop being linked to any shop’s staff, worker or customer records.
• A shop’s sales, stock and books stay with the shop (they are business records the shop may have to keep), but no longer show who you were. If you own a shop you can ask for it to be closed too.
• The audit trail keeps a note that the account was deleted, with no personal details.

How to ask

1. Sign in to eShop (on the website or in the app).
2. Open this page again (https://www.studio13developers.com/eshop/demo/delete-account) and press Delete my account, with your password.

Can’t sign in? Write to eshop@studio13developers.com from the email address of the account, with “Delete my eShop account” as the subject. We reply within 7 days and erase the account within 30 days.
