CITYORA

Delete your Cityora account

For residents using the Cityora app or website, run by Studio 13 Developers.

In the app

  1. Open Cityora and sign in.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete my account, enter your password and tap Delete.

On the website

  1. Sign in.
  2. Open Account and privacy. You can download a copy of your data there first.
  3. Open Delete my account, enter your password, tick the confirmation and press Delete my account.

If you cannot sign in

Write to cityora@studio13developers.com from the email address on your account (or give the phone number on it) and ask for your account to be deleted. We check that the account is yours and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

  • Deleted at once: your name, email address, phone number, password, signed-in devices and notification settings.
  • Kept without your name: the problems you reported, with their photos, places and messages, because they are public-service records of the city. They are no longer linked to you. The city keeps them as long as its records policy requires.
  • Kept for security: the record that the account was deleted, in the audit trail.

Staff accounts are closed by the city's administrator, not here. More in the privacy notice.

This is the demonstration service. Its cities are samples, and every account and report on it is deleted every night anyway.
