Studio 13 Developers is a multidisciplinary engineering company based in Ngora Town Council, Ngora District. We provide software engineering, mechanical engineering, architectural design, civil and building engineering, supplies and general consultancy.
Clients usually come to us with a need. A family wants a home. A school wants new classrooms and a better way to manage its records. A farmers' group wants to process its harvest closer to the field. We look at the whole problem, design the parts together and deliver them with one team.
Working this way means fewer handovers between consultants, fewer surprises on site and a single point of contact who is responsible for the result.

Samuel Ocen
CEO & Founder
Samuel founded Studio 13 Developers to give clients in Ngora and Eastern Uganda access to software, mechanical, architectural and civil engineering expertise through one accountable firm. Samuel is a Lecturer and former Head of the Department of Computer Science at Mountains of the Moon University, a PhD researcher in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision at the University of Nairobi, and holds a BSc in Architecture. His research covers deep learning for Alzheimer’s disease detection, medical imaging and multilingual health informatics.
