These terms apply to NOVALYT_Lab, operated by Studio 13 Developers, Uganda (info@studio13developers.com). By creating an account you accept them and the privacy policy.

Your account

Keep your password private and give accurate account details. You are responsible for what happens in your account and in the projects you manage.

Your content

You keep all rights to the papers, data and text you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you and the people you invite. Upload only material you are allowed to use, and do not upload personal or confidential data you are not permitted to process.

Machine-assisted results

Extractions, text and figure analyses, research gaps, novelty assessments, statistics and paper drafts are produced by software and can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you rely on them. NOVALYT_Lab never claims that a result is verified, novel or accepted for publication; that judgement remains yours.

Research integrity

Do not use the service to fabricate or falsify data, results, citations or authorship, or to present work as something it is not.

Acceptable use

Do not attack or overload the service, try to access other people's projects, or upload malicious files.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change features and plan limits and will update these terms when we do.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Studio 13 Developers is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions taken on the basis of the service's outputs.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
